By using Publisync's services, you agree to the following terms. These ensure clarity on what we deliver and the ethical standards we uphold.

1. Scope of Services

Publisync provides academic support services including substantive editing, statistical analysis, thesis guidance, and journal formatting.

2. Refund & Revision Policy

We strive for 100% client satisfaction.

• Revisions: We offer unlimited free revisions for 30 days after delivery, provided the original scope of work has not changed.
• Refunds: If we fail to meet a guaranteed deadline or if the quality is demonstrably below standard as verified by a third-party review, a partial or full refund may be issued. Refunds are not issued for journal rejections, as publication decisions rest solely with the journal editors.

3. Use of AI in Research (Ethics Statement)

We embrace technology responsibly.

• Permitted Use: We may use AI tools for initial grammar checking, reference formatting, or plagiarism scanning.
• Prohibited Use: We do NOT use generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate the core intellectual content of your research paper.
• Transparency: If AI tools are used for data processing (e.g., in NVivo or Python), this will be clearly documented in your methodology section.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full copyright and ownership of your work at all times. Publisync makes no claim to the intellectual property of any document submitted to us.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we maximize your chances of success, Publisync cannot guarantee publication in a specific journal or a specific grade for a thesis. These outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
